This Return Policy applies to all services purchased through our website or through direct engagement with our team. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services and are confident in the value we provide. For new members joining our mastermind groups, we offer a satisfaction guarantee as follows:

  • If you are not satisfied with your mastermind group experience after attending your first two sessions, you may request a full refund of your membership fee
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your second session
  • You must have actively participated in both sessions to be eligible for this guarantee
  • This guarantee applies to first-time members only and cannot be used for subsequent memberships or renewals

Our satisfaction guarantee reflects our commitment to ensuring that every member finds genuine value in their mastermind experience. We believe in building long-term relationships based on mutual benefit and trust.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your mastermind group membership at any time by providing written notice to our team. The following terms apply to membership cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date
  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after the 14-day cancellation window
  • You will retain access to member resources until the end of your current billing period

3.2 Event and Workshop Cancellation

For individual events, workshops, or seminars, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 25% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund

In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your registration to a future event of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

3.3 One-on-One Coaching Sessions

For individual coaching sessions or consulting engagements:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable
  • Unused sessions from coaching packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Coaching packages may not be transferred to another person without our written consent

4. Refund Process

6. Event Cancellation by Ghelroxxphon

In the rare event that we need to cancel an event, workshop, or program, we will:

  • Notify all registered participants as soon as possible
  • Offer a full refund of all fees paid for the cancelled event
  • Alternatively, offer registration for a rescheduled or equivalent event
  • We are not liable for any incidental expenses such as travel or accommodation costs

We reserve the right to reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, venue issues, speaker illness, or public health concerns. In such cases, we will work with participants to accommodate their needs.

7. Service Modifications

We continuously strive to improve our services and may make changes to our programs from time to time. If we make significant changes to a service you have purchased:

  • We will notify you of the changes in advance
  • You may have the option to continue with the modified service
  • If the changes substantially reduce the value of the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund
  • Minor changes to schedules, facilitators, or content do not typically qualify for refunds

8. Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding a refund request, you may:
